    KOD Lyons has one of the busiest and most experienced Criminal Law departments in Ireland defending all manner of criminal prosecutions from minor public order offences to serious indictable crime.

    We have many years experience in defending all kinds of criminal prosecutions. From minor public order and theft matters in the District Court, to serious fraud and murder or rape charges in the Central Criminal Court, KOD Lyons defend charges across every aspect of the criminal justice system.

    We provide assistance and advice at all stages of the process, from advising at Garda Stations through to trial and all appeal stages to the Court of Criminal Appeal, Supreme Court and ECJ.
