Eoghan O’Sullivan
    Eoghan O'Sullivan is a trainee solicitor with KOD Lyons. He joined the firm in October 2014 after interning at KOD Lyons in the Summer of 2014.

    Eoghan graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics Politics and Law in 2012, focusing mainly on the legal aspects of the Degree.  Eoghan completed a Masters in Law (LLM) from Trinity College Dublin in 2013, studying modules based on employment law, arbitration, dispute resolution and criminal law. His dissertation focused on criminal assaults during sports matches and was entitled “An Analysis of Sports Violence and the Law, with specific reference to the GAA, and whether there is a need to introduce or modify current laws or by-laws on the matter”.

    Upon completion of his Masters, Eoghan interned in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, within the Prosecution Policy and Research Unit where one of his main projects was the updating and consolidation of Pre 1922 criminal legislation.

    Eoghan has a keen interest in criminal law, human rights law and dispute resolution.
